2. IMPLEMENTING THE STRATEGY

Having completed due diligence and chosen a solution, the next steps of implementation can be even more challenging. MMP Consulting provides the support you need during the scoping, designing and rollout phases to ensure the return on your investment meets your expectations

SCOPING

  • Assist in scoping, defining aims, goals and the KPIs of the solution
  • Support in organising the preparation and brief
  • Help define team blend and responsibilities 
  • Advise on the design of the software user interface
  • Establish effective collaboration between you and the software provider

DESIGN

  • Analyse and define the process
  • Prepare the project programme
  • Attend definition workshops with the software provider
  • Advise on bespoke workflow designs
  • Complete and/or train the Systems Administrator on the initial system configuration
  • Complete and/or act as ‘overviewer’ of the system setup
  • Complete acceptance testing
  • Train the Systems Administrator and Project Champions
  • Support the historic data conversion process
  • Advise on the rollout communication strategy

3. ON-GOING SUPPORT &  IN HOUSE or ONLINE TRAINING

Having selected the right solution and implemented it, there is more to consider:

  • To maximise the return on your investment, the product must be used effectively and efficiently.
  • Small bugs need ironing out, and, as you and your team become more familiar with the product, additional bespoke tweaks or modules added.
